HAJ-QURBANI

 

Hojadi (stomach) aur aanten (intestines) khana kaisa hai ?
Ba'az log hojadi (stomach) khate hain, ba'az log fenk dete hain, aur ba'az kitabon me hojadi khana haram likha hai is me saheeh kya hai?

Fuqahaa (masail ke mahir ulamaa) ne jin saat, aanth chizon ko manaa kiya hai us me aanten (intestines) aur hojadi (stomach) ko shumar nahin kiya hai, jo log mana'a karte hain unse fiqah ki arabi kitab ka hawala ibarat ke scan ke saath talab kiya jaye. Warna hojadi khana shar'an jaiz hai, khoob saaf kar ke khayen, jin ko tabaee taur par paadandi na ho aur na khaye to koi haraj nahin, lekin usey haraam kehna saheeh nahin.

Qurbani ke janwar ko zabah ka tariqa aur gosht ki taqseem aur kasaai ki ujrat aur janwar ki haram chizon ke barey me batane ni guzarish.

Aur khal bechne ke baad ye paise garibon ko jahan tak ho sake jald se jald malik bana kar dekar apni zimmedari se chhutkara hasil kare sharee wajah bagair takheer karna karahat-makrooh hone se khali nahi.

Saudi hukoomat bank ke ziriye qurbani ka intizam karti hai us ki kya haqeeqat hai un ke zariye qurbani karani chahiye ya nahi?

Saudi hukoomat ne qurbani ke intezam aur uske gosht ko bahifazat mustahqeen tak pahuchane ke liye baaqaidah ek idara bana diya hai aur nizam ye hai ke qurbani ke tokan bank ke zariye se farokhat kiye jatey hai, aur haji token kharid kar mazkoora idara ko apni qurbani ka vakeel bana dete hai, ab na to khud haji ko zabah karney ka ikhtiyar hota hai aur nahi iskey samney zabah ki koi itminan bakhs shakal nikalti hai, balkey mazkoorah idara apney hisab se barabar qurbani ka amal anjam deta rehta hai, ab is shakal me wajib tartib yani rami ke baad aur halaq se pehle hi qurbani hone ka lihaz rakhna to bilkul na mumkeen hai.idara ki taraf se qurbani ki dino aur takbeere tashreek ke dino bad tak bhi hajj ki qurbaniyo ko zabah karney ka silsila jari rehta hai,isee wajha se khas taur par hanfi hujjaj ko mashwara diya jata hai ki wo qurbani ke token kharidney ki bajaye ya to khud qurbangah jakar apni qurbani karey jiska intezam muhalley al sharaaia ke azeem suqul mawashi aur makka muazzama ke muhalley kaakiyah ke salaughter house me kiya gaya hai. Note albatta agar koi shakhs esa ho ke na to khud qurbaangah ja sakta ho aur nahi iskey pass qurbani karne ka koi zariya ho to wo majbooran bank ka token kharid sakta hai.is majboori ki wajah se uske liye tino imam-imam shafee,imam malik ,imam ahmad r.a.aur sahibain r.s.ki rai apnane ki ijajat hogi, aur is par tarteeb chhodne ki wajah se dame jinayat lazim na hoga.

Ek qurbani kai logon ke isaale  sawab ke liye

Chand marhum ke isaale sawab ke liye qurbani karni ho to har marhoom ka alag alag hisa rakhna zaruri hai ya ek hissah chand marhoom ke sawab ke liye kafi hai?

Har ek ke liye juda juda hissah rakhna zaruri hai. Ek hissah ek se zaid marhoom ke liye kafi nahin. Albattah apni taraf se nafal qurbani kar ke uska sawab ek se ziyadah murdon aur zindon ko bakhashna durust hai jaise ke huzoor ne ek qurbani ka sawab puri ummat ko bakhsha tha. Agar gunjaish ho allah ne maal diya ho to apne marhum rishtedar, buzrugon ke liye zarur qurbani karen. In dino me dusre nek a'amal ke muqabalah me sabse ziyadah qurbani hee ka sawab hai. Isse murdon ko badaa faidah hota hai.

Hajj ka mukhtasar tareeqa

Ayyam e hajj kon se hai ?

Ayyam e hajj mein kya kya kaam karne hote hain ?

8, 9, 10, 11, 12 zilhajj ayyam e hajj hain.

 

Hajj ka pehla din 8 zilhajj hai. Is roz apni qiyam gaah hi se haji gusal kar ke ahram bandh lenge. Ahraam ki nafal padhen aur haj ki niyyat se talbiyah padhte huve mina ki taraf  rawanah ho jayenge. Aur mina puhanch kar zuhar, asar, maghrib aur isha ki namazein apne khaime hi me ba jama'at adaa karen, kasrat se talbiyah padhte rahe. Raat mina hi me qayaam karna sunnat hai. 

 

Hajj ka dusra din 9 zilhajj hai. Is roz fajar ki namaz mina me padh kar maidaan e arafat ko rawangi hogi. Zawal ke baad wuqoof e arafat ka waqt shuru hoga. Is waqt khoob ro ro kar apne gunahon se taubah ki jaye.hanfi haji zuhar aur asar ki namaz apne apne khaimon me us ke waqt me adaa kar le, aur apna waqt allah ta'ala ko yaad karte huve aur apne aziz o aqarib aur apne watan e aziz ki salaamati ke liye ziyadah se ziyadah duaen karte huve guzare. Ghuroob aaftab ke ba'ad maghrib ki namaz padhe beghair muzdalifah ko rawanah ho jaye. Muzdalifah pahuch kar maghrib aur isha ki namaz isha ke waqt me adaa ki jaye. Raat muzdalifah hi me guzare. Muzdalifah jaate huve waadi e muhassar ( jahaan abraha ka hathiyon ka lashkar tabaah huva tha) ke paas se guzrte waqt tezi se istaghfaar padhte huve guzar jaye.

 

Hajj ka teesra din 10 zil hajj hai. Muzdalifah me wuqoof ke ba'ad fajar ki namaz adaa kar ke mina rawana ho jaye aur zawal se pehle pehle sirf jamarah e aqbah (badey shaitaan) ko kankaryan maare. Kankaryan raat ko muzdalifah hi se utha le. Badey shaitan ko saat (7) kankaryan ek ek kar ke maarni hai. Jamaraat ko kankaryan maarne ko rami kahaa jata hai. Rami e jamraat ke ba'ad qurbani ki jaye. Qurbani karne ke liye behtar yeh hai ke saudi hukumat ke zere intezaam bank me qurbani ki raqam jamaa karvadi jaye. Khud qurbani karne ki surat me bahut se masail paish aa sakte hain. Qurbani karne ke ba'ad sar ke baal mundwaye ya katarwa le, albattah aurten apne sar ki choti je tamam balon ko milakar bal ko ek ungli ki por ke baraabar khud kaat le ya apne mehram se katwa lein. Ab ahraam ki pabandiyan khatam ho jayegi sirf bivi halal na hogi  jab tak tawaft ziyarat na kar len *  nahaa-dho kar apna aam libas pahan liya jaye. Is ke ba'ad agar himmat aur taaqat ho to isi roz warna 11, 12 zil hajj ko tawaaf e ziyarat ke liye makkah mukaramah chale jayen. Ziyadah behtar yeh rahta hai ke 11 zil hajj ko subah subah tawaf ziyarat ke liye makkah mukaramah chale jaye aur wahaan se wapasi me zawal ke ba'ad teeno jamaraat (teeno shaitaano ) ko saat saat (7-7) kankariyan marte huve apne khaimon me chale jayen.

 Tawaf e ziyarat 10 zilhajj se le kar 12 zilhajj tak ghoroob aaftab se pehle pehle tak kiya ja sakta hai.

Tawaaf e ziyarat ke ba'ad sayee bhi karni hogi. 10 zil hajj ka din guzar ne ke ba'ad raat mina hi me qayaam karna hoga.

 

Hajj ka chautha din 11 zilhajj hai. Mina me zawal ke ba'ad pehle jamarah e ulaa ( chhota shaitaan ) fir jamarah e wustah (darmiyana shaitan) fir jamarah aqbah (badaa shaitan) ko 7, 7 kankaryan ek ek kar ke marni hai . Raat ko mina hi me qayaam karna hoga. 

 

Hajj ka panchwan din 12 zilhajj hai. Mina me zawal ke ba'ad se teeno jamaraat ko tarteeb war ek ek kar ke saat kankariyan marni hai aur ghuroob  e aaftab se pehle pehle mina ki hadood (border) se bahir nikal jana hai. Warna phir mina hi me thehrna (qayaam karna)hoga aur 13 zilhajj ko bhi rami e jamarat karni hogi.

 

Ayyam e hajj me agar kisi *aurat ko mahwari-m.c.:ayyam shurooa ho jayein to woh hajj ke tamaam af'aal bajaa laave, siwaye tawaafe ziyarat ke, paak hone ke ba'ad woh tawaaf aur saee kare. Majboooree me taakhir ki wajah se aurat par koi kaffarah nahin hoga. Rami mard aur aurat ko khud karna hogi . Watan rawaanagi se pehle tawaaf e wad'a karna bhi zaruri hai.

Ye msj aap ke koi tallaq wala haj ko gaya ho to use zaroor bhejen ho sakta hai ke ise padhkar us ko haj me sahoolat ho jaye.

Ba'az log qurbani me allah ka hissa rakhne ko kehte hai to ye kaisa hai ?

Ba'az log badey janwar me allah ka hissa rakhne ke mutalliq puchhte hai to ye baat yaad rahe ke tamaam hisse aur tamaam qurbaniyan allah ta'ala ke liye hi hoti hai, urf (bol-chaal ke riwaj me) 'mera hissa' 'fulaan ke naam ka janwar' bol diya jata hai, haqiqat me niyyat ye honi chahiye ke fulaan ki taraf se hissa ya qurbani allah ta'ala ke liye me zabah karta hun.

Baap ka apne gharwalon ki taraf se qurbani karna

Baap apne bachchon aur ghar walon ki taraf se har saal qurbani karta hai, to gharwalon ki ya bachchon ki ijazat lena zaruri hai ?

Agar baap ka ma'amul hai ke wo har saal apne biwi bachchon ki taraf se qurbani karta hai, to sab ki taraf se qurbani durust hai, ghar walon ne ijazat di ho yaa na di ho.

Haan agar har saal bachchon ki taraf se qurbani karne ka mamool nahi hai balke kabhi kabhi badey bachche apni qurbani khud bhi kar lete hai to un ki ijazat lena zarooree hai, warna qurbani saheeh nahi hogi.

(a) agar woh aadmi maaldaar hai, ya'ani usper qurbani wajib hai, aur usne dusra janwar kharida tha, fir pehle wala janwar mil gaya to woh dono me se jisko bhi chahe zabah kar sakta hai, aur dusre janwar ko apne kaam me laa sakta hai aur bech bhi sakta hai,

 

(b) agar woh aadmi garib hai aur usper qurbani wajib nahin thi, aur usne dusra janwar nahin kharida to sirf isi janwar ki qurbani lazim hai (jo wapas mil gaya)

 

(c) aur agar garib aadmi ne dusra janwar kharid liya (jo usper dusri baar kharidna wajib nahin tha.aur nafal kaam shurooa karne se pura karna zarooree ho jata hai) fir pehle wala janwar mil gaya to ab is garib aadmi ko dono janwar ki qurbani karna wajib ho gaya.isliye aqalmandi yahi hai ke khareedte waqt ye niyyat kare ke me us gumshuda janwar ke badle me khareedta hun agar woh mil gaya to usee ko zabah karunga to woh gum shudah janwar mil jayega to sirf ek hi janwar ko zabah karna wajib hoga.

Zil hijjah ke chand hone ke baad baal & nakhun kaatne ka hukm

Zil hijjah ke chand hone ke baad baal aur nakhoon kaatna kaisa hai ? Iski kya maslihat wa hikmat hai ?

 

Jawab

 

Zil hijjah ke chand hone ke baad jiske zimme qurbaani ho usey baal aur naakhoon eid ki namaaz aur us ki qurbaani hone tak na kaatna *mustahab hai.*taake qurbaani ka janwar uske har har juz-hissah ka badal aur fidyah  ho jaaye, aur allah ta'ala ki rahmat se us aadmi ke jism ka koi hissah mahroom na rahe,

 

Jin logon ke zimme qurbaani nahin hai woh bhi qurbaani karne walon ki aur haj me gaye huwe hajiyon ki mushaabahat (copy) ikhtiyaar karenge to woh bhi un par naazil honewali rahmat se insha allah mahroom na rahenge,

 

Lekin koi apne baal aur nakhoon katega, to na gunegaar hoga, na qurbaani me koi kharaabi aayegi, is par wajib ki tarah amal karna aur aisa na karne walon ko tokna sahih nahin hai,

 

Jo cheez jis darjah me sabit ho usko usee darjah me rakhna chahiye.

 

Note: jiske zere naaf <duty ke niche ke baal> aur bagal ke balon par 40 roz guzar gaye ho to woh shakhs is mustahab par hargiz amal na kare agar woh katne me 40 din se ziyadah takheer karega to gunehgar hoga.

1. Huzur ne irshad farnaya: koi din aisa nahin jin me ibaadat karna khuda ta'ala ko zilhajjah ke 10 dino ki (ibadat) se ziyadah pasand ho, (kyun ke) in me se har din ka rozah 1 saal ke rozah rakhne ke baraabar hai, aur har ek raat ka jaagna shabe qadr me jaagne ke baraabar hai.

(yani us se nafrat aur narazgi ka izhar hai eidgaah ke andar to kya aane ke laiq hota eidgaah ke qareeb bhi na fatke !

Us ka kya munh hai ke eid manane ke liye aaye aur allah ke bandon ki khushi me shareek ho! )

Janwar india me maujud hai yeh shart bhi yahan pai gayi lihaza bila shak woh haji apni qurbani ka vakil kisi ko india me bana de to 12 zil hijjah ko bhi us ki qurbani sahih hai.

Dusri wajah agar woh qurbani ka vakil banane wala khud 13 zilhijjah ko makkah se safar kar ke india aata aur yahan12 zilhijjah ko qurbani karta to durust tha to wahan rehkar vakil banaye to batarike awla hoga

Har musalman aqil balig mard wa aurat jis ke paas qurbani ke din 10,11,12, zil hajjah me  nisaab ke baqadr ka maalik  ho qurbani wajib hai.

Nisaab: 52.5 (saade bavan tola), 612 gram 35 mili gram  chaandi (silver)

ya uski aaj 7/9/2015 ko us ki  qeemat 20600 rs.ka koi bhi maal,saaman qarza ho to ada karne ke baad bachta ho

Ya thoda thoda sona, chaandi, cash rupiye, zarurat se ziyada saaman, tijarat aur gaire tijarat ka maal.... in chizon me se kisi bhi do chiz ko milaya jaye to uski qeemat saade baavan tola chaandi ya 20600 rs.ko pahuch jaye tab  bhi qurbani wajib hai.

Maslan kisi ke paas 1 tola sona hai ahr 50 rs. Cash hai to in dono ki qeemat 52.5 tola chaandi se bhi ziyada hogi, lihaza qurbani wajib hogi,(aajkal bahut see aurton ke paas itna to hota hee hai) haan sirf sona hi ho, sath me kisi qism ka maal bilkul na ho to 7.5 tole se kam ho e ki soorat me qurbani  wajib nahi hai

Agar filhaal qarz maangne walon ka mutalba na ho, aur wo baa-khushi haj ke liye jaane ki ijazat den, ya qarzdaar apne qarz ka kisi ko zimmedaar banaa den, aur us qarz khwaahon ko itminaan ho jaye aur wo ijazat de den to wo shakhs haj ke liye ja sakta hai, us shakhs par jitna qarz ho eahtiyatan uske baare me wasiyyat naama likh den, aur warison ko takeed kar den ke agar meri mout ho jaye aur mere  zimme qarz baaqi reh jaye to mere tarkaa [waarse] me se pehle qarz adaa kar diya jaye, agar tarke me gunzaish na ho to tum apne paas se qarz adaa kar dena, ya usse muaaf kara dena, Agar qarz khwah [qarz dene wale] ki ijazat ke bagair jayega to MAKRUH hoga, agar che fariza adaa ho jayega,

intezaam hote huwe bhi qarz adaa na karna sangeen gunaah hai,(qarz baqi rakhkar wahan lambi chodi khareedee karne ki ijazar qarz khaah ne nahi dee hoti hai.us ki ijazat alag len)

Hadis sharif me hai ke : Maaldaar ka Talamtol [aanaakaani] karna zulm hai.

 

2. Jo shakhs farz qarz adaa kar chuka ho aur nafli haj karne jana ho to nafli haj se behtar ye hai ke qarza adaa karey,(is bare me bhi kotahi ho rahi hai) aur uske bil-muqabil gareebee ki haalat me jab ke bil-khusus dusre ke huquq apne zimme ho, unke huquq ki adaaygi ke aehmiyat hajje nafl se kahin ziyada hai.

Chahe mahram apne kharch se haj kar raha ho ya yeh aurat uska kharch bardasht karey, isee  tarah wahan pahunchne ke liye raasta aman wala hona bhi taqat ka ek hissa hai, agar rasta me bad-amani, jaan-maal ka qawi [pakka] khatra ho to haj ki taqat nahi samjhi jayegi.
